The Eckard Companies is a private organization that specializes in acquiring, developing and managing tangible assets for its account as well as those of its private Partners. Troy W. Eckard is President and CEO of the firm. Over the last two decades, the firm's management team has worked to develop an investment strategy to identify and develop assets involving energy holdings, water rights and real estate opportunities.
The management team at Eckard Companies believes that owning, developing, and managing assets is one of the safest long-term investment strategies available today. Energy holdings, water rights and real estate projects have many similarities in both their valuations and development strategies. It has been a logical evolution for Eckard Companies to be intimately involved in each of these types of assets.
The company has worked to develop a forward looking investment plan that will direct its management team and its Partners to continue to improve upon their holdings in all three asset classes.
