Troy W. Eckard is the Owner and President of Eckard Companies. As President, Mr. Eckard oversees company policy, acquisition of the company’s assets, and makes all final investment decisions. He has focused his entire career in the energy sector in order to elevate himself to a position of expertise in understanding and handling his Partner’s energy investment needs. Mr. Eckard has over 24 years of experience in the energy industry. He is married and has four children.
Donald F. Hambly
Vice President of Operations
Donald F. Hambly, II is Vice President of Eckard Companies. Don Hambly joined the Eckard Companies in 1992 and is currently the Vice President of Operations for American Energy Partners, Inc., Eckard Land & Acquisition, Ltd., Eckard Natural Resource Group, LLC, Hameck Pipeline Company, Ltd. and Hameck Oil Company, Ltd. Mr. Hambly specializes in the acquisition, development and operational oversight of oil and gas and Edwards Aquifer assets for the Eckard Companies and its Partners. Prior to joining the Eckard Companies, Mr. Hambly served four years in the United States Army with the 3d US Infantry “The Old Guard”, stationed in Washington D.C. He is married and has two children.
