Troy W. Eckard
Chief Executive Officer/President
Mr. Eckard is the owner and President of the Eckard Companies. As President, he oversees company policy, is directly involved in the acquisition of the firm's assets and makes all final investment decisions. He has focused his entire career in the energy sector in order to elevate himself to a position of expertise in understanding and handling his Partner's natural resource investment needs. Mr. Eckard has over 18 years of expertise in natural resources and specializes in direct participation and private offerings in the acquisition of these interests. He holds the Series 6, 7, 22, 65, 39 and 63 FINRA securities licenses.
Donald F. Hambly
Vice President of Operations
Don Hambly joined the Eckard Companies in 1992 and currently serves as its Vice President of Operations for American Energy Partners, Inc., Eckard Land & Acquisition, Ltd., Eckard Natural Resource Group, LLC, Hameck Oil Company, Ltd. and Hameck Pipeline Company, Ltd. Mr. Hambly specializes in the acquisition, development and operational oversight of oil and gas and Edwards Aquifer assets for the Eckard Companies and its Partners. Mr. Hambly holds the Series 6, 7, 22, 24, 26, 39, 63 and 65 FINRA securities licenses. Prior to joining the Eckard Companies, Mr. Hambly served fours years in the United States Army with the 3d US Infantry "The Old Guard", stationed in Washington D.C.
